How to read a MSG file
Drop your file into the area above or choose an email file. Try the sample first to see how the viewer works.
Check the subject, sender, recipients and date. Switch between formatted email and plain text, or expand the message headers.
Save the attachments you need. You can also export the body as HTML and print the email.
Read messages saved from Outlook
A MSG file stores message properties, recipients and attachments in a binary file. You do not need to import it into a mailbox. The viewer reads the file directly, including Unicode strings and embedded attachments. If the message only contains RTF, the body is not converted and a notice appears.
